DESCRIPTION:
This is a perfect boat for boater who also does welding and/or home construction. This is a custom steel yacht trawler.
The boat is in great shape for boating generally to go fishing or simply driving the boat to islands,
The interior do not affect how the boat runs and will runs great across the pacific or through panama canal to Atlantic. You still can live onboard if ok with leaving the forward cabin empty and use it like garage/storage room or rebuild a new forward cabin with bed or whatever you want to create.
Nothing listed is emergency level, but new paint definitely should be addressed within this year or two to complete the basic requirement for three most important parts of the boat (engine, electric/generator, and paint). This boat is commercial grade and will be a tough, blue-water ship.
New Garmin Radar System
New Mercury 5 hp outboard motor for the dinghy
New TV, New DVD player, New Fridge w/ Freezer
so it’s basically for the steel boat plus for brand new radar, excellent engine with 405 hours on it, head/bathroom if need to use the toilet, kitchenette with sink to wash hands, doing dishes after cooking food on hot plate and also a tender with brand new outboard motor to play with around with.
