More pics to come! Up for sale is my 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom houseboat. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, upper & lower helms both work. Everything WORKS on this boat. I’ve spent the past 7 years painstakingly renovating this mighty vessel in order to bring a nice modern touch to it. It has brought my family many days of joy and now it’s time to move on to the next chapter. Slip can convey with manager approval. No liveaboards or commercial activity!

Brand new gel-coat on exterior walls, nice and shiny.
Custom designed vinyl wrap installed on both sides, the dark blue parts are vinyl, the white is gel coat.
New Mini-split unit AC system which also removed all ductwork underneath so now you can access the utilities under the boat without being hindered
Brand new wastewater system with two 100 gallon tanks. All new septic lines tied into two new residential style toilets. No more broken vacuflush or macerator systems!
Granite countertops, new backsplash, updated appliances
Custom Hollywood style shower with room for 2+ people
